Founded in 1999 Ice Indulgence was established as an alternative Ice Cream treat to soft serve at the “Fun for Kids” Festival in Warrnambool, Victoria. It was started by Max and Marilyn Lowe, business owners of a café in town.
Max being the engineer that he is, decided to design and build a unique ice cream blending machine that would take ice cream or yoghurt and blend it with the customers own choice of flavours and hence creating a unique flavour combination for every customer. Ice Indulgence was born.
It has grown over the next decade into three mobile units catering to over 60 events during the summer months. Max and Marilyn have now passed over the reigns to Max’s daughter Kathryn and her husband Neil – the next generation of ice cream lovers!
